MEGAN ELIZABETH GURLIDES

@MEGANELIZABETHyoga

Megan Elizabeth has been practicing yoga since her teenage years and teaching since 2010. What began as something she simply knew made her feel better eventually became a lifelong passion, a calling, and what she considers her dharma.

Her classes are known for being both physically strong and deeply spiritual. While she values yoga’s ability to build strength and flexibility and to cleanse and purify the physical body, Megan believes the true practice reaches far beyond the physical. Through her teaching, she hopes to guide students toward greater presence, inner stillness, and a deeper connection to themselves—offering small glimpses of the peace that exists beyond the constant movement of the mind.

In 2017, Megan co-founded Wynwood Yoga alongside Gaby Quintana. Together, they built the studio from the ground up, creating a community rooted not in what is fancy or elaborate, but in the love, intention, and dedication they have poured into it over the years. Together, Megan and Gaby are entering their 12th year of leading 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, while Megan has also spent the past three years co-leading Wynwood Yoga’s Yin Yoga Teacher Training.

Above all, Megan teaches because she genuinely loves yoga and the people she shares it with. She hopes students leave her classes feeling stronger, happier, calmer, more present, and carrying something from the practice into the way they live their lives.

Outside of teaching, Megan’s greatest role is being a mother to her son, Kai, a beloved little presence around the studio and an important part of the Wynwood Yoga family.

GABY QUINTANA

@THEGABYARMY

Hey, I’m Gaby — and I don’t really do ordinary.

For the past 16 years, I’ve been teaching, sweating, growing, and building something I’m insanely proud of: TheGabyArmy — a strong, loyal, inclusive community that knows exactly what they’re getting with me.

I’ll challenge you. I’ll push you. I’ll call you out when you’re holding back. I’ll be your teacher, your mentor, your cheerleader… and sometimes, your friend.

My teaching is passionate, raw, unfiltered, and unapologetically me. My flows don’t always follow the rules. I love taking the foundations of yoga, shaking them up, and creating something unexpected, challenging, and a little wild.

Pandora’s box? Open it. I’m in.

My connection with my students goes way beyond the poses. I see you. I know when you have more to give—and I won’t let you waver when I know you’re capable of more.

Come practice with me and expect to sweat, struggle, laugh, surprise yourself, and leave a little stronger than you walked in.

Welcome to TheGabyArmy. We don’t do comfort zones.

Zoe madera

Zoe Leiana’s yoga journey with Wynwood Yoga began in 2018. As she found community, she deepened her practice, receiving her 200-hour certification in 2019 and, more recently, completing her 300-hour training with Wynwood Yoga as well. She currently teaches Hot Power Hour on Fridays at 6:30 PM and Hot Yin Yang on Saturdays at 6 PM.

With a background in education, music, and movement, Zoe teaches from a place of curiosity. Her classes are strong, rhythmic, playful, and grounded in the belief that practice is a space to learn more about ourselves, not perform a perfect version of yoga. That philosophy also lives through her work with RE:Being, an evolving learning space centered around movement, reflection, and inquiry. In every class, Zoe invites students to explore what they notice, move with intention, and carry something from the practice into the way they meet their everyday lives.

katie jordan

Katie began teaching yoga in 2014 after completing her 200-hour teacher training in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After moving to Miami in 2020, she quickly found a home at Wynwood Yoga, first as a student and then as a teacher. She went on to complete both the 200- and 300-hour teacher trainings at Wynwood Yoga. Since 2021, Katie has shared her love of yoga through Restorative Yin, Hot Power, Vinyasa, meditation, sound healing, and Reiki.

Her classes are an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are, explore your inner world, and cultivate a deeper, more loving relationship with yourself. She is passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where students feel free to soften, explore, play, and connect. Her Vinyasa classes are fun, creative, and often unexpected, weaving playful sequencing, unique transitions, and new challenges into each practice. Her Yin classes offer a more meditative space to slow down, listen inward, and simply be.

Hi, I’m Carla Stefanelli, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. Above all, I am a passionate learner, and that curiosity shapes everything I teach. My goal is to guide you in consciously feeling and exploring your body every single time you step onto the mat. I believe yoga is far more than physical exercise; it’s an ever-evolving journey of self-discovery.
